Long Nights of Asado
Coal and fire at the historical tram museum: From 5th till 28th of September, from Thursday to Saturday, El Museo will offer it’s guest culinary delights, enjoyment and culture, including the long night of the museums in Zurich.
Venue: The ancient tram depot on Forchstrasse 260 offers a pinch of pioneering spirit.

Good, honest ingredients, the best quality meat, a lot of patience and a grill master who has fire and smoke under control, are the secrets of a delicious Asado.
A master of his craft also knows that an Asado is served to celebrate the common enjoyment in a pleasantly relaxed circle of people.

Enjoy your meal to the sound of acoustic music. The El Museo evenings are accompanied by tango music, masterfully played on the bandoneon.
On Fridays and Saturdays, there’s an after-dinner party with DJs and drinks by Bartender on duty’s: Nico Lenz, known for his fabulously smoked cocktails.
Inspired by the Argentinean delicacy «Dulce de Leche», Gelateria di Berna will rise to the occasion and create its fabulous Dulce di Leche ice cream, exclusively for the El Museo events, as well as offering a large variety of their unique ice creams.
